Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure timely and accurate handling of cargo, conduct billings input, statement reconciliation and payment/outstanding collection

2. Liaise with shipping lines, ground handling agents, and other service providers to secure cargo space and negotiate rates

3. Prepare and process airway bills, shipping documents, and customs clearance paperwork in compliance with regulations

4. Resolve customs clearance problems or transportation disruptions

5. Ensure adherence to safety and security procedures in the handling and transportation of ocean cargo

6. Maintain accurate records of shipments, expenses, and operational activities for reporting and analysis

7. Monitor schedules, track shipments, and provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their cargo

8. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and assist in implementing new technologies or systems to enhance efficiency

9. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to optimize air freight operations

Job Summary
The Executive, Hotel Operations Support plays a key role in supporting the Business Development Manager in managing hotel housekeeping manpower, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining effective communication between the company, hotel partners, and employees. This role involves recruitment coordination, administrative support, operations reporting, scheduling, and training management to ensure service quality and operational efficiency across assigned hotel sites.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding Support

• Arrange and coordinate interviews for housekeeping candidates

• Bringing shortlisted candidates to hotel sites for interviews, uniform fittings, or trial sessions.

• Liaise with candidates, recruitment agencies, and internal departments to ensure timely onboarding.

• Assist with preparation of onboarding documents and follow-up with new hires.

2. Employee Relations & Administrative Support

• Support the Business Development Manager in handling daily employee administrative and operational matters.
• Serve as a communication link between hotel management, employees, and the company.
• Assist in staff counselling sessions, addressing workplace concerns, or performance-related issues.
• Maintain employee records, attendance updates, and relevant HR documentation.

3. Operations Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and submit monthly operational, manpower, and performance reports.
• Review and verify timesheets, attendance data, and overtime claims before payroll processing.
• Ensure all documentation and reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.

4. Hotel Coordination & Communication

• Communicate regularly with hotel partners regarding manpower deployment, operational expectations, and service requirements.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, shift changes, relief manpower, and urgent replacement arrangements.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to hotel festive gifts, events, or project-related activities.

5. Training & Development Coordination

• Collaborate with the HR team to arrange WSQ and other mandatory trainings.
• Track and ensure completion of staff training and certifications.
• Maintain and update training records in the company’s system.

Job Requirements

o   Minimum GCE O-Level / NITEC / Diploma in Business, Hospitality, HR, or related field.

o   Preferably 1–2 years of experience in operations support, hospitality, HR coordination, orrelated roles.

o   Experience in hotel or housekeeping operations is an advantage.

o   Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with systems/data entry.

Role Summary

The Marketing Executive will support the Marketing & Creative team in managing brand collaterals and merchandise productions. This role focuses on print collateral coordination, vendor management, and creative sourcing—ensuring all physical brand touchpoints are executed accurately, on time, and in line with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Collateral & Print Management

• Manage end-to-end production of print collaterals (e.g. Portfolio, brochures, POS materials and any marketing communication materials).

• Coordinate with internal departments on:

  • Reprints, updates, and revitalisation of existing collaterals

  • New design creation based on business and brand needs

• Liaise with printers and vendors on quotations, materials, finishes, timelines, and specifications.

• Conduct press checks and ensure quality control during production.

• Coordinate delivery and inventory handover to the Operations team.

• Maintain accurate tracking of quantities, versions, and reprint schedules.

Merchandise & Sourcing

• Research and source creative gifts and custom merchandise items for campaigns, festive initiatives, and customer engagement.

• Coordinate with creative agencies or in-house designers to develop production-ready merchandise.

• Manage sampling, costing, approvals, and final production.

Project Coordination

• Support marketing and creative projects through effective coordination and follow-through.

• Manage timelines, approvals, and vendor communications.

• Ensure deliverables meet brand, quality, and timeline requirements.
  

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing or Business admin

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, or production-related roles.

• Prior hands-on experience working with printers and managing print collateral production is essential.

• Experience in sourcing merchandise via e-commerce platforms will be an added advantage.

• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.

• Good communication skills when dealing with vendors, designers, and internal teams.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  

Additional Information

• 5-day work week, Mon – Fri (8.30am – 6pm).

• Transport provided at Yew Tee MRT Station / Admiralty MRT Station for current work location at 14 Senoko Loop.

• Office will be relocated to Bras Basah Complex tentatively in Q2 2026.

• This is a one-year contract position, with the possibility of becoming permanent based on business needs and individual performance.
