RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist senior management in making critical business decisions by analysing and presenting key financial data
• Review and analyse monthly reports for the countries in the Territory
• Review the completeness of the financial accounts and cost accounting
• Prepare annual budget and consolidated reports for the Territory
• Manage and monitor the organisation's portfolio of fixed deposits, including the review of strategies to maximise returns
• Handle the bank administration function, including liaising with banks and reviewing banking processes
• Work closely with the overseas teams and cross-functional stakeholders to provide support to ensure seamless finance operations

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

What You will Do:

What You will Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management or its equivalent, with 3-5 years of managerial experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Job Scope

• Manage and execute project in cost effective, on time delivery with quality standards to meets client expectations;
• Managing the projects in accordance to our Company’s ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 Standards and contractual requirements;

• Recognised Degree by BCA in Civil Engineering.

What You Will Do

1. Station Management & Daily Operations

Oversee day-to-day operations across all 4 stations, ensuring consistent service standards and smooth forecourt flow
