Key Responsibilities:

       Support the project solution process, review and validate the initial high-level solution design together with the respective stakeholders (Enterprise Architect, Security Architect, Infra Architect, other Application Domain Architects) for Technology Architecture Governance reviews and approvals.

       Partner with System Analyst to ensure technical design complies with enterprise design principles, security and control standards

Key Requirements:

      Strong hands-on implementation and development experience in Temenos Wealth suite product particularly  Edge Connect UXP, Triple A+ Core and Actuate Reporting

      Experience in Unix/Linux shell scripting, Sybase or Oracle DB

      Experience in delivery of Private Banking solution and hands-on experience on at least 1end-to-end application delivery or TAP Wealth suite WSC upgrade project

      Extensive and significant working experience as an technical lead in large cross-functional teams or enterprise projects

We are looking for a Technical Executive for one of our international shipowner clients. The incumbent will be responsible for the efficient execution of the technical and purchase key processes to support the company's fleet of vessels. He/she should have at least a year of experience in a similar function with some purchasing experience.

Responsibilities:

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, coordinate and ensure timely follow-up of class and flag requirements in order that the vessel attains sea worthiness and commercial readiness.
  - Determine class / flag requirements and apply to class / flag administration for surveys, inspections, related issues and special requests.
  - Pre-preparation of draft specification for modification / alternation to vessel for compliance of Class / Statutory requirements.
  - Plan, arrange and coordinate class and flag surveys or exemptions and other related requirements.
  - Update, maintain accuracy and practice good housekeeping of records, plans and drawings.
  - Follow up with Superintendent (Tech) for PMS overdue jobs report if does not reach office by 03rd of every month.
• Support S&P on change of flag and ownership of our vessel in coordination with class / flag.
  - Plan, arrange and coordinate activities and logistics requirements for a smooth flag change and ownership transfer (vessels take over / hand over, new building).
• Support S&P on request for technical information pertaining to our fleet.
• Identify, arrange and follow up on offland items from vessel for repair / service
  - Source, identify and obtain approval of contractor and pricing for repair / service work.
  - Follow up with contractor and vessel till the successful completion of the repair / service work, reports update to Danaos (PMS, offland, Running Hrs Machinery) and payment closure.
• Support Superintendents in dry-docking and related activities:
  - Liaise with vessel and other sources to compile dry dock planning requirements / specifications and budget / costing.
  - Compile and review dry-docking specification quote from yards / contractors, prepare and update file for Superintendents, Fleet Manger and Technical Directors discussion and approval.
  - Monitor, identify and communicate progress and any deviation from dry dock plan.
  - Follow up on documentations (i) upon confirmation of selected yard / contractors and (ii) at the end of dry-docking process including closure of invoices with Superintendents.
• Monitor and ensure all trading certificates are valid, follow up on hot work and daily correspondence with vessel.
• Administer, review and enforce the ISO procedures (Company's manuals) and requirements for technical processes.

PURCHASING RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and Issue Purchase order (PO)
  - Ensure approval is obtained and proper closure of the purchasing activities for each technical purchase requirement.
• Plan, coordinate and ensure that all requirements are delivered to vessel on time, at the right cost and specifications.
  - Identify and source for vessels requirements (i.e. general store, spares, provision and bonded stores).
  - Plan, coordinate (with Operations and Fleet Personnel Department) and monitor the delivery of stores / spares to vessels in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  - Solicit vessels feedback on supplies and follow up on payments, non-conformities deliveries(quality, quantity, specifications) with respective suppliers.
  - Monitor spare parts readiness and plan delivery to vessel at the earliest convenient port.
  - Update and maintain accuracy of all office records and documentations.
  - Ensure that all documents are properly filed and maintained for ease of reference and retrieval during audits.
• Maintain and update accurately the following records:
  - Supply Log,
  - Spares/Stores Report Form MY15 by 1st Week every month
  - Gas Bottle inventory
  - Counter party evaluation for Technical Attendance
  - Worklist
  - Vessel Expense Report.
• Ensure that purchasing role and responsibility are carried out in accordance with Company's policy and procedures.
  - Ensure that all vessels comply with Company's policy and procedure for Shipboard Purchase.
  - Ensure proper closure of purchasing activities for each purchase requirement.
• Ensure that suppliers performances meet Company's expectations and contract prices are competitive.
  - Familiarize with different supply types and their specifications to perform price comparison / accurate evaluation and negotiation to ensure right purchases.
  - Review contracts, negotiate prices and year-end rebate.
• Any other duties as and when assigned by Superiors.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder preferred.
• Preferably at least 2 years as a Technical Executive with some purchasing experience in a shipping company.
• Basic IT knowledge, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Email.

Job Description

• Works autonomously and on complex installation, testing andrepairing of new and reworked TechnipFMC products (equipment and tools)
• Installs, tests and repairs new and reworked TechnipFMCproducts (equipment and tools)
• Handles customer comments, requests and complaints
• Provides sales support ensuring the customer is fullyinformed of all aspects of the job
• Completes Field Service Orders (FSO) and Field Spare PartsTickets (FSPT), and accountable for the timely submission of these and otherrevenue generating documents
• Assures all quality issues and documentation (equipment andprocedural defects) is communicated and sent back to Service Management
• Completes field documentation after the completion of eachservice job
• Provides “Project Support” as required, handles projectissues as they arise which eliminates downtime
• Prepares and completes safety related documentation. Pursuessafe work practices
• Leads others in completing tasks in accordance withprocedures and applicable codes and/or standards
• May serve as the on-site supervisor to the field servicecrew and for reporting back to Service management
• Assists as needed with the development of proceduralrequirements for current and future jobs
• Work is primarily in the field environment includingoffshore drilling and production platforms, land based and offshore drillingand production platforms, installation vessels and international locations
• Work is outside and therefore conditions are dependent ofthe elements (heat, cold, wet, etc.). 

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent technical diploma
• Minimum 10 years of experience in field service technicianrole
• Advanced knowledge of one or more of the following fields:electrical; subsea equipment; hydraulics equipment; mechanical equipment andtools; structural steel
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Able to perform moderate complex calculations
• Ability to understand, troubleshoot, explain and teachothers about technical tools and instruments required to perform duties
• Knowledge of applicable theories, practices, and accepted internal business processes and procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Lead major projects within the Design Department, accountable for the full project lifecycle and team results.
• Plan, assign, and supervise design tasks; mentor and guide the design team.
• Review and approve drawings and technical documents from the team.
• Ensure proper implementation of design controls and maintain quality standards.
• Prepare material requisition lists for projects.
• Design electrical switchboards, control panels, and consoles per client requirements and company standards.
• Create and submit approval/shop/final drawings, short circuit calculations, and instruction manuals.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants regarding technical requirements; participate in technical meetings as needed.
• Communicate technical changes and variations to Sales & Marketing for claims or contract adjustments.
• Liaise with production to follow up on design and shop drawings.
• Support Sales & Marketing with technical input and backup for contract bidding.
• Continuously improve department workflow to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Follow and enforce Quality Management System procedures.
• Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisors.

Service Engineer / Field Service Engineer

• Salary: $3200 - $3800

Summary:

• We are seeking a versatile and hands-on Service Engineer to join our technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our specialized equipment on-site, ensuring high standards of installation, preventative maintenance, and rapid repair services.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Technical Execution: Lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment at client sites (including healthcare, research, and industrial facilities).
• Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance programs to ensure equipment longevity and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Conduct diagnostic tests to identify mechanical or electrical faults and perform necessary repairs or component replacements.
• Independent Field Work: Manage a daily service schedule, arriving promptly at sites and completing tasks with minimal supervision.
• Compliance & Safety:Ensure all work is performed in accordance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations and site-specific protocols.

Technical Requirements & Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics
• 2–3 years of experience in on-site equipment servicing or facility maintenance
• Prefer to have class 3 driving license

Proven experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Mechanical: Assembly, moving parts, and structural integrity
• Electrical: Control panels, wiring, and circuit diagnostics
• Plumbing, Brazing & Welding: Piping, valve systems, and joining techniques
• HVAC / Air-Con: Refrigeration cycles, compressors, and cooling systems
