Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Assist in communication sessions such as Town Hall Meetings, Conversations with ED, Tea Sessions with Chairman etc.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Coordinate Workplace Health programs.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Coordinate and administer Recognition Awards for employees
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Coordinate for employeesā accommodation arrangement and dormitory

HR Administration and Operations

Payroll
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Perform full spectrum of payroll processing that is in compliance with Company policies and statutory requirements.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Submit monthly CPF payments, tax filing for employees
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Administer and submit NS make-up pay claims and all government paid leave claims
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Maintain and update payroll records and data
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Prepare manpower cost reports and statistics
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Assist in employeesā queries on pay and benefits
Compensation & Benefits
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Provide administrative support in HCM activities such as performance appraisals, annual increment, performance bonus payment.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Administer staff benefits and claims in accordance with Company policies such as medical, insurance, leave, Workman Injury Compensation Claims etc.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Work with Head of HR to review on compensation and benefits programs including salary benchmarking and benefits policies.
