Samsung Display is a global leader in Display technology. The incumbent will be main contact window with our Key Account Customers for all technical matters. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To provide front-line support to customers

• Regular visit to develop and enhance relationship with customer.
• Assisting customers during qualification and ensure timely development schedule until MP.
• Provide pre-sales support and technical presentations regarding product strategy and roadmaps, features, industry technology and competitive positioning.
• Collect customer feedback and provide input to Marketing for design requirements, product enhancements, new product opportunities relating to the xdevelopment.
• Provide demo & explanation on new products to customers.
• Perform or carry out test for display product qualification

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS:

• BS degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the electronics industry.
• Field experience or hands-on practice or knowledge of multi-disciplinary system design and development (systems such as electrical, electronics, computerized, mechanical and / or combination of these)
• Field experience as a FAE in the display panel industry will be an added advantage
• Understand Display related ecosystem in ASEAN and India region

Job Summary

Manage and execute project management duties to ensure timely delivery of milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide technical support for engineering projects involving generators and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project management plans to meet all key milestones within scheduled timelines
• Generate and maintain the master project schedule to monitor execution progress and milestones
• Liaise and coordinate with internal teams and external parties to implement project activities effectively
• Monitor functional responsibilities to ensure project milestones remain on track
• Lead Factory Acceptance Tests with customers and distributors to validate project deliverables
• Ensure all project documentation is agreed upon and endorsed for delivery
• Schedule and coordinate on-site testing to facilitate smooth transition to the aftermarket team
• Provide first-level technical support during project execution to resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with engineering teams on project feasibility studies and assist Industrial Solution teams in generating project cost estimates related to project management activities
• Submit monthly project status reports highlighting key issues or concerns related to project delivery and milestones
• Provide engineering support for third-party product and drawing submittals
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project processes
• Coordinate with interplant associates on deliveries, factory tests, and project documentation
• Work closely with schedulers, customer service, and production teams to update project status in weekly meetings
• Attend weekly site meetings with main contractors and consultants as required
• Manage site installation work to ensure completion within stipulated timelines
• Coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors on site installations, drawings, and material submittals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience; or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
• Ability to read and interpret Mechanical and Electrical drawings
• Familiarity with generators, controls, and associated equipment and accessories is an advantage
• Knowledge of generator standards and codes is an advantage

Responsibilities

5. Experience in synthesis, with analysis of power, timing and area.
6. Disciplined, quality-minded, and highly driven for excellence.
7. Excellent team player and good communication skills.
8. MSEE/BSEE in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
9. Understanding of convolution operator and number system is required.
10. Candidates with relevant experiences would be offered as Senior, taking on higher responsibilities.
11. Experience in UVM verification methodology is a plus.
12. A plus to have SoC design experience.
13. Experience with optimizing micro-architectures for low-power and low-area is a plus.
14. Knowledge in deep learning algorithms such as CNN / Transformer is a plus.
