Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all stewarding, dishwashing, and kitchen cleaning operations.
• Ensure all kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized according to hygiene standards.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of kitchen, washing areas, storage rooms, and waste disposal areas.
• Assign daily tasks and oversee the performance of stewarding staff.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety requirements.
• Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to support daily operational needs.
• Train new staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and safe work practices.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report replenishment requirements.
• Perform hands-on cleaning and dishwashing duties when required.
