RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:
Finance

• Manage daily finance operations and coordinate with outsourced accounting and payroll vendors.

• Prepare or support full sets of accounts, including ledgers, worksheets, and financial schedules.

• Monitor cashflow, budgets, and expenses across entities.

• Maintain investment and trade records.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and other external partners.

• Support the CEO on finance matters, including tax and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure compliance with statutory and internal policies.

Administration & Operations

• Oversee office administration, vendor management, and procurement.

• Maintain organised corporate and financial documentation.

• Support HR tasks such as employee records and onboarding.

Requirements:
