About the Role

As a Personal Trainer at Snap Fitness, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching experiences to both personal training clients and group class members. You will help create a welcoming and motivating environment where members feel supported from their very first visit.

You will conduct gym orientations for new members, guiding them through equipment usage, safety procedures, and basic programming principles. Making members feel comfortable and confident in the space is a key part of your role.

You will design and deliver structured, results-driven personal training programmes tailored to individual goals. Whether clients are focused on strength and conditioning, fat loss, muscle building, or general health improvement, you will plan sessions that are safe, progressive, and effective. You will actively demonstrate correct techniques, provide hands-on corrections, and educate clients on proper movement patterns.

Group class coaching is an important component of this position. You will develop and lead engaging group sessions that bring energy to the gym floor, build community, and deliver structured programming. The ability to manage group dynamics while maintaining coaching quality is essential.

Tracking and accountability are also part of your responsibility. You will monitor client progress using tools such as body scanners and the Snap App, conduct regular assessments, and adjust programmes as needed to ensure continuous improvement.

In addition to coaching, you will contribute to business growth by introducing personal training packages, following up with newly signed members, and achieving monthly performance KPIs. You will also input relevant data into management systems and assist the Reporting Officer with club-related matters when required.

Maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism within the club is expected at all times. You should present yourself as a role model in terms of personal fitness, conduct, and attitude.

What We’re Looking For

• Female trainer (to support programming needs and member demographics in the club).

• Experience in the fitness industry is preferred, though motivated entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

• Recognised Personal Training certification (ACSM, NASM, NSCA, ACE, FISAF, ISSA, NCSF or equivalent).

• Group class coaching experience is highly advantageous.

• First Aid + AED certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.

• Comfortable working towards performance KPIs and sales targets.

About the Role

The Associate, Business Production Support will be a key member of the Supply Chain Management team, playing an essential role in driving fulfilment activities for Hegen By Me (HBM), our bespoke product personalisation service. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every product is carefully customised to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate orders, manage production processes, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the fulfilment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Supply Chain Management team in all HBM fulfilment activities, including accurate documentation and maintenance of administrative records.
• Manage and process HBM orders received through Hegen’s website, performing customisation and personalisation of products to meet customer specifications.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate and execute HBM orders efficiently.
• Follow and execute standard operating procedures to ensure the smooth and timely fulfilment of all orders.
• Uphold workplace health and safety standards while operating printing machines, including UV and laser printers.
• Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on printing machines to minimise downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Support the Supply Chain Management team in areas such as warehousing, inventory management, and administrative functions, as required.
• Ensure all personalised products meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Oversee and follow up on day-to-day inventory, logistics, and supply management.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Educational background and working experience in Warehouse/Logistics, Printing, or related field is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required,with the ability to navigate standard office applications efficiently.
• Knowledgeof Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop will be advantageous
• Familiarity with UV and laser printing processes is highly desirable but not mandatory
• A good team player with a pleasant and proactive personality
• Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to completing assigned tasks accurately and on time.
• Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Candidates with no experience with UV and laser printing are welcome as training will be provided.
