JOB PURPOSE: (Role Summary)

About the role

We are a dedicated oncology and haematology specialist clinic looking for a meticulous and compassionate administrative executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and the operational backbone of our clinic — ensuring every touchpoint is handled with care, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and clinic workflow to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle billing, claims submission, and liaison with insurance companies and Medisave/MediShield Life for applicable cases
• Coordinate referrals, hospital admissions, and medical reports with hospitals, labs, and specialists
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with MOH and PDPA regulations
• Support the clinical team with administrative tasks, inventory management, and general clinic upkeep
• Provide empathetic front-desk support to patients and caregivers navigating treatment journeys

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in any discipline; a background in healthcare administration is preferred
• At least 1–2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a clinical or specialist setting
• Familiarity with clinic management systems and billing processes is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first, compassionate attitude
• Meticulous, organised, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
