The role of the Office & Facilities Manager is to ensure that the admin support function, office operations and facilities for the office run smoothly at all times.

The successful incumbent will:

General Office Management

·        Manage absences for the office services team to ensure there is appropriate coverage during the office opening hours and as needed at special events.

Facilities Management

·        Ensure physical security of the building is maintained via appropriate access control and notifying building manager immediately if lost/stolen access cards are reported and ordering new cards as needed.

·        Record all changes for access cards in the door access system.

·        Maintain a detailed spreadsheet tracking all access cards, listing each keycard number along with the assigned individual. This includes all temporary passes assigned to visitors entering the office.

·        Liaise with project manager when office renovations are in progress and notify employees and partners as needed.

·        Oversee the appointment and visibility of fire wardens, first aiders, and mental health first aid officers across all office levels, ensuring the office is informed of their identities.

·        Monitor and facilitate the renewal of certifications for first aid and mental health first aid officers, including arranging necessary trainings.

·        Ensure fire wardens actively participate in all scheduled building emergency drills.

·        Confirm that the designated team member conducting induction walkthroughs properly highlights key safety features to new employees, including fire exits, first aid and AED facilities, and emergency evacuation points.

·        Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all equipment in the pantry and common areas including coffee machines, microwaves, fridges and tabletops.

·        Proactively walking through all bathrooms in the morning to ensure cleanliness and escalating any issues to the building management.

New user set up and leavers

·        Collaborate with HR to help prepare for upcoming new starters. Manage the issuing of welcome packs, pedestals with new stationery, access cards, solicitor stamps and business cards if appropriate, and ensure cleanliness of desks and other equipment (chairs, monitors etc.).

·        Removing leavers as required.

·        Responsible for maintaining an updated floor plan and keeping copies of historic changes.

·        Collaborate with the appropriate Partners to identify what subscriptions are needed for the new employee and arrange training through HR.

Supplier management

·        Responsible for SLA’s and maintaining all documents in accordance with ISO requirements.

·        Perform yearly evaluations of all service providers to verify service delivery aligns with contractual agreements and assess ongoing necessity for each service.

·        Meet with suppliers to understand their offering and organize a minimum of 3 quotes when identifying a new supplier to engage and ensuring it’s aligned with the Purchasing Policy, the Modern Slavery policy and any other applicable policies.

Travel

Wealth & Asset Manager (Relationship Manager/Investments)

Job Summary

You will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships while ensuring full compliance with MAS regulatory requirements. The role combines client servicing, investment trade execution, compliance-driven onboarding, and product advisory support within a regulated asset management environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Onboarding & Due Diligence

• Conduct KYC and CDD checks in line with MAS regulations

• Verify client identity, background, and risk profile

• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and updated regularly

• Support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and compliance screening processes

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

• Understand client investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial needs

• Provide ongoing portfolio updates and service support

• Handle client queries and ensure a high level of client satisfaction

3. Trade Placement & Execution Support

• Facilitate client trade instructions and investment transactions

• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and settlement

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of trade processing

• Confirm trade details with clients as required

4. Product Knowledge & Training

• Develop strong understanding of the firm’s investment products and strategies

• Stay updated on market trends and product changes

• Communicate product features and risks to clients in a compliant manner

• Participate in internal product training sessions

5. Regulatory & Administrative Duties

• Perform duties as a Registered Representative under MAS guidelines

• Maintain proper records for audits and regulatory reviews

• Ensure adherence to suitability and risk disclosure requirements

• Support compliance monitoring and reporting processes

6. Special Projects & Ad-Hoc Duties

• Participate in firm-wide initiatives and strategic projects

• Support process improvements and operational enhancements

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management

Key Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accountancy, and/or in any field or equivalent

• CMFAS certifications in RES5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI is an added advantage

• Well versed in investment products (funds, bonds, structured products, etc.)

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in relationship management within private banking, wealth management and/or advisory roles holding established relationships with UHNW/HNW clients.

• Solid track record in asset development, asset growth, asset management and revenue generation.

• Ability to develop and execute a strategic business plan with a clear growth vision.

• Extensive market connections and deep understanding of the market landscape, macroeconomy, regulatory environment and cultural nuances of the respective Asian market(s).

• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent client servicing and problem-solving mentality, with ability to identify and agility to adapt to clients’ evolving needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, target and onboard clients in the IT / Construction / General sectors with business loan or equipment financing requirements.

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals and site visits.

• Conduct detailed needs analysis to match financial products to client needs.

• Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities and achieving monthly loan disbursal targets.

• Work closely with credit and risk teams to ensure smooth loan processing and client satisfaction.

• Ensure all documentation, customer due diligence and KYC norms are followed as per regulatory and company guidelines.

• Build long-term relationships with business owners or decision-makers.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and lending norms.

Hotel Traveltine Downtown Singapore, now proudly part of the Trademark Collection by Wyndham, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager (Corporate Sales) to join our team.

In this role, you will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, managing RFPs, and growing the hotel’s share of business travel. You will play a key part in driving room revenue, building brand awareness, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction that reflects Wyndham’s global standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage assigned Corporate RFPs and support the annual contracting process through Wyndham’s global and regional sales channels.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new corporate accounts to increase room nights and revenue contribution.

· Identify potential clients within key industries and actively pursue new business opportunities.

· Prepare professional proposals and rate quotations that align with the hotel’s pricing strategy and business objectives.

· Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to maintain engagement and build loyalty.

· Monitor account performance and work closely with Revenue and Marketing teams to optimize results.

· Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and feedback, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

· Participate in relevant trade shows, networking events, and Wyndham corporate initiatives to expand the hotel’s visibility.

· Maintain accurate account records and reporting in the hotel’s system.

Qualifications & Skills

· Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum 2–3 years of hotel sales experience, preferably handling Corporate or Consortia segments.

· Strong understanding of RFP processes and global distribution systems.

· Good communication and presentation skills with a customer-focused mindset.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Opera Cloud, etc).

· Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
