The role is responsible for coordinating construction activities along with the site team and subcontractors; and overseeing compliance with all HSE requirements with the objective of completing the assigned tasks on time and as per defined quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Planning

• Understand the drawings and job specifications; Draft method statements on the assigned tasks and seek approval from supervisor

• Plan and order for equipment and material required on the tasks; Seek client approvals (as and when required) on time to minimize delays

• Prepare the ITP (inspection and test plan) documents, job hazard analysis (JHA) and risk assessment report for the assigned tasks in consultation with supervisor

As a Production Engineer, you are to assist the Production Manager in overseeing the production operation and work out schedules and plans, monitor progress, forecast demand of resources, and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring smooth project delivery and optimization of production performance from conception to completion. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team for maintenance and overhauling jobs, including mechanical, diesel and air-conditioning onboard vessels or in workshop
• Plan and coordinate with customers and suppliers on works to be carried out
• Prepare, coordinate and monitor work schedule
• Manage daily manpower deployment
• Perform site inspection and work discussion
• Assess and ensure safety requirements and permits are strictly followed

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure that our products, processes, and services meet internal standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves developing quality systems, conducting inspections, managing audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and documentation
• Perform inspections, testing, and verification of materials, processes, and finished products
• Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
• Monitor project quality performance and prepare quality reports
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with ISO and company standards
• Work closely with project, engineering, and operations teams to improve processes and reduce defects
• Review method statements, inspection test plans (ITP), and quality records
• Ensure proper documentation, records, and traceability are maintained
• Support client inspections and handle quality-related feedback or complaints
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a strong quality culture

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant QA/QC experience (construction, marine, oil & gas or engineering industry preferred)
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality audit processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality reporting tools
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently

Preferred

• Internal/Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent)
• Experience in project-based or site environment

• Perform manual testing to verify software functionality against requirements
• Conduct functional testing to assess specific features and workflows
• Execute regression testing to ensure new changes do not impact existing functionality
• Carry out exploratory testing to identify unexpected issues and improve product robustness
• Report and document technical issues with clear descriptions to facilitate debugging and resolution
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive testing documentation to support quality assurance and audit requirements
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure software meets quality standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Currently pursuing or graduated with a degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance or software testing roles is advantageous
• Familiarity with Jira or similar issue tracking tools is a plus
• Prior hands-on testing experience is beneficial

ï‚· Manage daily operations using runbooks provided by Microsoft Identity & Network Access (IDNA) team.

ï‚· Tenant provisioning

ï‚· Account and subscription management

ï‚· Incident management

ï‚· Service Monitoring to ensure the stability, performance and security of identity and access management solution.

ï‚· Follow prescribed security and compliance processes, including cert rotation.

ï‚· Escalate to Microsoft for issues not resolved through runbooks.

Technical Skill Sets:

Programming languages: C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

Cloud Infrastructure: Azure, AWS
