Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Senior / Site Engineer to lead the execution of ERSS / TERS and civil engineering projects. This role involves full responsibility for site coordination, supervision, technical support, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to manage site operations, and comfortable working closely with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Site Management
·      Lead and manage daily site activities and construction works
·      Plan and coordinate site operations, resources, and sequencing
·      Monitor progress, productivity, and ensure timely completion of works
·      Supervise and manage site supervisors, workers, and subcontractors
·      Ensure proper execution in accordance with approved drawings and specifications
Technical & Engineering
·      Review construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements
·      Take ownership of technical issues and provide on-site solutions for ERSS / TERS works
·      Lead execution of temporary works including excavation, strutting, and support systems
·      Ensure constructability and proper implementation of method statements
·      Support quantity take-off, planning, and material coordination
Coordination &Communication
·      Liaise with main contractors, consultants, clients, and subcontractors
·      Lead or actively contribute to site meetings and technical discussions
·      Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Documentation & Compliance
·      Maintain proper site records, reports, and drawings
·      Ensure site works comply with approved MOS, RA, and SWP
·      Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and company safety standards
Quality & Safety Control
·      Take responsibility for QA/QC implementation on site
·      Conduct inspections to ensure quality and workmanship meet project requirements
·      Monitor and manage ITP, inspection records, and site documentation
·      Identify and resolve non-conformance issues (NCR)
·      Enforce safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping
Requirements
·      Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
·      Minimum 4–10 years of relevant construction experience
·      Strong experience in civil, structural, or foundation works
·      Experience in ERSS / TERS projects is highly preferred
·      Experience in site execution and coordination with multiple stakeholders
·      Ability to work independently and lead site teams
·      Strong technical and problem-solving skills
·      Familiar with WSH regulations and site compliance
·      Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD/BIM knowledge is a plus
