You will play a key role in supporting the CEO in the development of strategies for the Kidney Health Ecosystem and ensuring alignment and coordination across departments within the Foundation. Â You will also support the overall planning and strategy work, including corporate KPI reporting, driving cross functional collaboration and management reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
·      Conceptualise, develop and pilot new programmes and initiatives involving internal stakeholders, industry partners to enable the foundation to effectively lead the kidney health services ecosystem.
·      Refine multi-year strategic plans and coordinate overall efforts.
·      Work with depts on translating the strategy into action plans.
·      Engage stakeholders and partners to co-develop and implement programmes.
·      Develop and monitor KPIs to track progress.
·      Prepare reports and updates for board meetings.
·      Analyse data to uncover insights to guide strategies and identify opportunities for data-driven interventions.
·      Navigate policy considerations around data protection, privacy safeguards and proportionality of data sharing.
·      Secure and manage funding and resourcing to implement programmes and initiatives.
·      Evaluate outcomes of programmes and initiatives.
