Description of Division

You will be part of the Regional Team under the Service Management Division of KidSTART Singapore Limited (KSL). Your role will be to oversee the effective implementation of KidSTART in each region and/or across regions and the service management of KidSTART Agencies (KSAs) and funded healthcare partners. This also involves managing relationships with partners/stakeholders such as MSF Social Service Offices, Family Service Centres, Preschool Operators, Polyclinics, Hospitals etc, who are part of the KidSTART eco-system of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1.       Service Management (KSL and Funded Partners)

a.       Assist and support the Regional Head to carry out regular contract management and programme monitoring of KSL teams, hospitals and KSAs to ensure compliance with Funding Agreement and drive achievement of programme deliverables.

b.       Assist the Regional Head to support the design, planning and implementation of operational initiatives.  This includes contributing to alignment with Service Standards Requirements and leveraging on dashboards and data analysis to monitor performance and inform decision making.

c.       Act as the primary liaison officer between KSL, hospitals and KSAs, leading efforts to review and strengthen collaboration. 

d.       Conduct data verification in accordance with funding agreement and service standards requirements.

e.       Monitor manpower recruitment and training of KSPs, hospitals and KSA staff to ensure capacity and capability in service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area (master’s degree is preferred).

• 8 to 10 years professional experience, including minimum 5 years of compensation & benefits experience in a multi-country environment in Asia Pacific.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail – demonstrated ability to use complex analysis to drive insights and decision making. 

• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Good knowledge and understanding of regional factors influencing effective and cost-effective compensation and benefits solutions within the APAC region.

• Experience with HRIS systems and working knowledge of Compensation Planning tools. Specific experience in Oracle or SAP is a plus.

• Fluency in English; other language(s) within APAC region, are considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Administrative Management

• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-maintained, efficient, and welcoming workplace.
• Manage office supplies, procurement, inventory, and budget tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain office cleanliness, hygiene, and general services.
• Liaise with IT vendors for office equipment setup and support.
• Manage access cards and maintain employee access records.
• Handle office mailing operations, including sorting, distribution, and postage.
• Prepare employee essentials such as business cards, PPE, and uniforms.
• Coordinate seminars and internal events, including logistics, venue setup, and catering arrangements. Working on team offsite on travel, food, itinerary etc.

Commercial & Data Support

• Maintain and cleanse customer data in ERP and SFDC systems to ensure accuracy.
• Manage Synchroteam Installed Base (IB) data and incidents for internal reporting and modeling.
• Track and update service marketing leads, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Assisting Commercial Team on tracking of demo units.
• End-to-End Support for SIWW (Singapore International Water Week)
• Ensure all demo units transported to the event venue are properly labeled, tested, and in full working condition prior to setup .
• Ensure sufficient merchandise and brochures are transported to venue.
• Coordinate booth setup and teardown, ensuring all materials, equipment, and displays are installed and dismantled efficiently (this is not exhaustive in nature).
• Manage event pass registration for attending colleagues, including collection and distribution of passes.
• Prepare visa support letters for overseas colleagues and provide timely assistance in addressing travel-related queries.
• Support end-to-end booth coordination before and during the event, liaising with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide on-site operational support throughout the event, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Handle additional ad-hoc tasks to support overall event success.

What You Will Do

• Spearhead Regional E-commerce: Take the wheel on expanding our digital footprint. You will set up, launch, and manage our brand presence on Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada across new Asian markets.

• Bridge the Online-to-Offline (O2O) Gap: Lead our physical retail expansion. You will scout locations, negotiate leases, and manage the rollout of retail presence in local Singapore malls and targeted overseas locations.

• Build the Cross-Border Engine: Identify and partner with reliable 3PLs and overseas warehouses to ensure our cross-border logistics, fulfillment, and supply chains run like clockwork.

• Drive Strategic Collaborations: Hunt for and secure impactful partnerships. You will collaborate with complementary brands, local distributors, and influencer/affiliate networks to amplify our reach in new markets.

• Campaign & Ecosystem Synergy: Work closely with the founders to integrate our expansion efforts with our existing marketing ecosystems, leveraging social commerce, mega-sale campaigns, and live-selling channels to maximize revenue.

• Experience: 3+ years in e-commerce operations, business development, or omnichannel retail. Experience with FMCG, beauty, or wellness consumer products is a massive plus.
