What you'll do

Recruitment & talent acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles (Singapore & China).

What we're looking for

You will be located in Maersk Tankers in Singapore and will report to the Head of Crewing. You will be managing a small team of Crew Operators and collaborate closely with our Crewing team in Copenhagen. ·        Monitor crew performance and execute on development/improvement plans
