Role Summary:

The Sales Engineer is responsible for managing and growing aftermarket sales by maintaining and developing strong relationships with key customers and trade organizations. This role focuses on driving bookings, managing customer accounts across the aftermarket lifecycle, and delivering value-based solutions. The position requires a solid understanding of rotating equipment, market trends, and customer needs, while coordinating closely with internal teams and third-party channel partners to ensure effective execution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Drive aftermarket bookings to meet or exceed assigned sales targets
• Maintain regular, planned communication with key customers within the assigned territory
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers on all aftermarket-related matters, including proposals, repairs, deliveries, quality concerns, and warranty claims
• Develop and implement marketing and sales plans aligned with regional and organizational objectives
• Educate customers on product features, applications, and value using approved marketing and technical materials
• Collaborate with application engineering, customer service, manufacturing, and third-party partners to meet customer requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering or technical discipline is preferred
• Few years of relevant sales or engineering experience, ideally within aftermarket sales
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, including pumps, mechanical seals, and associated systems

Responsibilities:

• Field service activities associated with troubleshooting, diagnostic and repairing highly complex equipment at customer wafer fab facility.
• Resolve installation and upgrading problems.

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Facilities Engineer to support complex building services operations, maintenance, and project execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end building services operations, including electrical systems, preventive and corrective maintenance (PM/CM), and minor project works
