Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction planning and scheduling activities throughout tender and project phases

• Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project

• Develop pre-tender, tender and contract programmes

• Monitor project progress, identify delays and schedule impacts, and prepare recovery programmes

• Prepare baseline schedules with resource loading and track progress against plan

• Provide cost estimates for preliminaries and temporary works

• Review tender and contract conditions to identify risks and discrepancies

• Prepare progress reports, audits, and commissioning programmes

• Support post-contract claims, delay analysis, and dispute reviews

• Recommend improvements to planning and scheduling systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

• Minimum 8 years of construction planning / scheduling experience

• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6

• Experience in 4D sequencing is an advantage
