This role sits at the intersection of data-driven market intelligence, commercial deal-making, and strategic stakeholder engagement. Will be the engine behind sub-market assessment process and a key contributor to capital deployment decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and own the organization's site selection strategy and sub-market prioritization framework across multiple markets inAPAC and EMEA, from greenfield identification through to executive approval and site execution.

• Strong geospatial and analytical skills — proficiency in GIS platforms, business intelligence tools, and data analysis languages (SQL, Python or equivalent) preferred.

Position Summary

The individual will play a critical role in anchoring the Centre’s Programme Evaluation Unit (Health Services) that will be servicing the Ministry of Health. Job Summary:
The Administration Manager oversees the daily administrative operations of thetemple, ensuring smooth coordination of religious activities, office functions,and support services. This role involves supervising staff, managing resources,and maintaining efficient administrative systems while upholding the values andpractices of the temple.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the temple
• Supervise administrative staff, cleaners, and support workers
• Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
• Manage temple finances records, donations tracking, and reporting (non-accounting oversight)
• Coordinate major temple events, festivals, and religious ceremonies
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders
• Ensure proper maintenance of temple facilities and assets
• Handle HR-related duties (staff scheduling, attendance, basic recruitment)
• Prepare reports for temple management or committee
• Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines from Ministry of Manpower where applicable

Your assignment 

• You are responsible for the centralised payroll and salary administration for the assigned business units in Singapore.
