About the Role:

Be part of our growing team by driving end-to-end software development and system integration initiatives. In this role, you will oversee technical delivery, lead cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful implementation of solutions that meet business and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full-cycle software development, implementation, and system integration projects.
• Oversee system architecture design, development methodologies, and end-to-end integration of solutions.
• Monitor system performance and operational readiness during installation, configuration, and testing phases.
• Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams of software and hardware engineers in conducting optimisation testing and ensuring system stability and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and support in resolving issues related to systems, equipment, and applications.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Ensure all deliverables align with business objectives, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Act as the key interface between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment across all parties.

• Strong initiative with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Passionate about technical operations and system support.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
