Job Description

• Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client's requirements.
• To report to C&S QP, works closely with the regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timelycompletion of the projects.
• To be competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site. The appointed person must havethe strong ability to interpret the drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.

Job Requirement

• Recognized Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering acceptable for registration with the PE Board, Singapore.
• Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid Resident Engineer Practicing.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience preferably in steel and precast building construction.
• Must be familiar with local Regulations/Codes for Civil and Structural related to building projects.

Mission (About the Role)

Schneider Electric is seeking a Service Project Engineer specializing in critical power and cooling management. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of complex infrastructure projects, ranging from data centers to high-density liquid cooling environments.

What will you do?

• System Design & Integration - Oversee the technical integration of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and advanced cooling architectures.
• ​Cooling Management -  Lead the deployment of diverse cooling technologies, including Chilled Water systems, CRAC/CRAH units, and Liquid Cooling solutions.
• ​Project Lifecycle Management - Manage the full project sequence: site surveys, installation and final commissioning (CX Level 1-5).
• ​Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison - Coordinate with electrical and mechanical subcontractors to ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets.
• ​Testing & Quality Assurance - Lead Integrated System Testing (IST) to validate that power and cooling systems interact seamlessly.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• ​ 3 to 5+ years of experience in project engineering within data centers or industrial critical facilities.
• ​​Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam and project management tools (MS Project, Procore or similar)
• Experience with battery technologies (VRLA and Lithium-ion) and Battery Management Systems (BMS)
