Overview

We are seeking a result-driven Senior Sales Executive with strong experience in selling Windows-based enterprise computing solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with leading OEM brands such as HP, Dell, and Lenovo, and a proven track record in enterprise sales, account management, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise sales of Windows-based computing solutions including desktops, laptops, and related infrastructure.
• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and large enterprises.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Work closely with OEM partners (HP, Dell, Lenovo) to design and propose tailored solutions.
• Act as a business manager, owning revenue targets, profitability, and account growth.
• Understand customer requirements and provide end-to-end IT solutions aligned with business needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams for solution design and implementation.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and reporting.
  
  Key Requirements
• 5–7 years of experience in IT hardware / enterprise solution sales.
• Proven experience selling Windows-based enterprise computing solutions.
• Strong exposure to working with leading brands such as HP, Dell, Lenovo.
• Experience in B2B / enterprise sales with a strong client network.
• Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Strong business acumen with experience in account management and revenue ownership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving targets.
  
  Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, cloud integration is a plus).
• Experience in handling tenders, RFPs, and large enterprise deals.

Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem and enterprise licensing.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with destination and customer for shipping instruction
• Booking of flights with procurement team.
• Arrange shipments collection with customers and Traffic Team
• Basic knowledge on cargo commodity as per IATA rules and regulation
• Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly
• Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Handle all customers' enquiries timely and effectively
• Work closely with internal operations to meet customer’s requirements
• Ensure compliance with customer’s Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure all data are updated correctly in system

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent

Senior Finance Executive(AP)

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily AP Team operations.
• Review accounts payable (AP) payments and monthly statement of account reconciliation.
• Post AP transactions / journal entries including accruals, reclassifications, and bank transactions.
• Reconcile and follow-up on monthly internal division transactions and their settlements.
• Troubleshoot TenderBoard GRN errors and review the report for SAP posting.
• Review & approve all the AP related documents / payment vouchers.
