• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure waste collection requirements are met at customer sites
• Work with customer site operations teams to understand and clarify their needs
• Manage new and ongoing projects, including liaising with customers on their specifications and schedules
• Track and resolve site risks and issues
• Oversee workers and subcontractors at project sites, and report any issues to the Project Manager
• Assist the Project Manager in managing customer care programs, including monitoring satisfaction and addressing complaints or changes
• Ensure all personnel follow safety, environmental, and health policies and procedures; review work activities and job safety risk assessments (JSRA)
• Train workers on new job requirements and the use of new equipment
• Arrange transportation for workers to and from sites
• Support worker deployment to sites in case of emergency activation (including after office hours)

Job Purpose :

· Administer payroll and attendance, leave, roster related matters for audit trial and reporting purposes

Job Scope:

· Ensure timely & accurate roster assignment in relevant HR system ahead of operations

· Log and flagged out exceptions to stakeholders prior to payroll cutoff records prior to payroll cutoff

· Ensure timely invoicing (reduce unbilled revenue as much as possible)

· Log, attend and escalate service gaps and follow up till closure.

· Ensure levels of overdue debt are kept to a minimum and accurate reporting in provided within deadlines

· Ensure the need for Change controls is identified and the appropriate documents are completed accurately and on a timely basis

· Assist in function/event whenever required

· Tracking of savings initiatives and discrete work

· Provide administrative support for the operation of the department and assists Account Manager in a variety of administrative matters, including payroll and attendance/leave/roster matters (Ramco etc.)

· Maintain records and reports necessary to comply with Company, government, and accrediting agency standards, regulations, and codes.

· Maintains confidential records.

· To play a key support role in the delivery of client projects, including client liaison, contact with internal resource departments and external suppliers, and administrative work.

· To manage the administration and smooth running of client jobs, including taking responsibility for reporting, management of client communication and program participants including contact reports, maintaining up-to-date electronic and paper files

· To effectively manage suppliers to ensure the highest quality is delivered and the best price negotiated.

Job Summary

Identify and source new products while managing stationery categories to drive sales growth and optimize inventory performance. Develop and execute category assortment plans and pricing strategies to enhance profitability and market competitiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and sourcing of new products to expand and enhance assigned stationery categories
• Develop category assortment plans, range selection, and product mix strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
