Role Overview:
We are looking for a Principal Systems Analyst, Data Platform to support the stability, modernisation, and continuous improvement of enterprise data platforms. The role will oversee data platform operations, release management, performance monitoring, service improvement, and governance across data warehousing, ETL pipelines, analytics environments, and cloud-based platforms.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving platform modernisation, including cloud adoption, AI-driven automation, CI/CD implementation, and scalable analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities:
1) Operations & Service Management

• Proactively identify risks and recommend improvements to platform resilience and reliability.

4) People & Technical Leadership

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to analysts, engineers, and consultants supporting the data platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform solutions meet business and operational needs.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and training sessions to improve data literacy and platform adoption.

Requirements:

About the team

The Investment Services Platform Team (ISPT) is a central team within Platform Operating Model Control and Support in Global Operating Platform, reporting to the Global Head of Platform Control and Support with a global remit. What you’ll do

• Own daily PCF / basket file oversight (generation, validation, timeliness, and distribution/publishing per operating model).

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

• Proven experience in Active ETF / ETF operations, middle office, fund operations, fund accounting, custody/trustee, or ETF servicing.
• Strong understanding of ETF operating models, including key dependencies between portfolio holdings, basket/PCF outputs, pricing/valuation inputs, and downstream servicing.
• Demonstrable hands-on capability in PCF / basket file analysis and troubleshooting, including constituent validation and cash component variance investigation (or closely related file-based operational diagnostics).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide routine purchasing support to functional stakeholders for the purchase of (but not limited to) goods, services, capital equipment and machinery, machining or special process services.
• Insure timely processing of purchase requisitions, order releases, and/or confirmation of purchase and/or service agreements.

• Identify inactive vendor accounts, and/or opportunities for consolidation of services or product purchases; to reduce the vendor base.
• Work with related functional stakeholders (requestors, Logistics and Accounts Payables) in the disposition and resolution of payables to vendors / suppliers.

Innovations

• Apply and utilize CORE (continuous improvement) tools in facilitating and supporting organizational innovations. Identify opportunities in process improvements and reduce non-value-add activities or processes on a continuing basis.

Reports and Documentation

• Publish standard reports as may be established and assigned from time-to-time to the intranet dashboards, preparing and submitting reports for management reporting; not limiting to vendor performance metrics, and commodity program metrics.
• Ensure proper retention and document archive (manual or electronic), including but not limited to purchase orders, vendor quotations, order acknowledgements, correspondence, or documents to be retained as required of related functional procedures; and/or for the purpose of reference, evidence, audit and compliance requirements.

Vendor Accreditation

• Facilitate EH&S training for vendors, maintaining and updating the Accredited vendor list, database of records and licenses as required of accredited vendors.

Job Summary

As a member of the KYC/AML Client Outreach Specialist (“COS”) team, you will serve as a support member for the client relationship teams, partnering to meet Anti Money Laundering (AML) Client Due Diligence (CDD) Refresh requirements. As a COS, you will partner with product sales and other banking or markets relationship teams, manage a client refresh population, reach out for key AML/CDD documentation, and act as an escalation point for service or operational challenges that may arise in KYC refresh.

About the Role
