Job Summary

Manage and execute roadshows by planning calendars, sourcing sites, negotiating spaces, coordinating manpower, and overseeing logistics to drive sales and customer engagement. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful marketing activations aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the roadshow calendar to align with sales periods, marketing campaigns, and product launches for optimal impact
• Identify and evaluate high-footfall locations within malls and external venues to source strategic sites that maximize visibility and conversion potential
• Negotiate space agreements with mall management and partners to secure prime locations while optimizing costs and commercial terms
• Plan and coordinate manpower allocation, including staffing and scheduling of sales promoters and support teams to ensure smooth operations

Required competencies and certifications

We are hiring a full-time Primary Student Care Teacher (Chinese Language Support) for an after-school student care setting in East Singapore.

This role supports primary school students in their daily after-school routine. It is a full-time on-site student care role that combines daily Chinese language homework guidance with student supervision, centre structure, and day-to-day operations.

This is not a preschool teaching role and not a pure subject-specialist tuition role.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide primary school students in their daily Chinese language homework
• Support students in Chinese language reading, spelling, comprehension, and simple written work

• Support students with homework from other primary school subjects when needed
