• Report fabrication issues and assist to resolve them as required
• Report job related issues to supervisor
• Inspect and maintain tools and welding equipment to ensure safe work environment
• Document any safety incidents or hazards observed during operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Skilled in gas cutting, PP welding, metal arc welding and orbital welding
• Skilled in 3G, 4G, 5G, 6G welding techniques
• Welding certification is an advantage
• Able to follow standing SOPs and complete tasks within deadlines
• Able to carry out heavy lifting, climbing and prolong standing

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work with project teams on drawings and documents for issue and filing.
• Develop and collaborate in Building Information Modelling (BIM) using Revit software, generate and edit AutoCAD 2D Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) engineering drawings for submission, adhering to established specifications and standards.
• Assist in engineering related documentation/ administration and any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Technical Certicate (ITE-NTC2) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 4 years' relevant working experience in drafting using AutoCAD and BIM/ Revit software.
• Experienced M&E Drafter specializing in Plumbing & Sanitary systems, using AutoCAD & BIM/ Revit for project drawings and submissions.
• Familiarity with standard M&E installation details and requirements.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good organizational, problem solving and communication skills.

·  Troubleshoot equipment related problems

·  Carry out preventive maintenance according to service procedures

·  To perform repair task that includes parts replacement, overhaul of equipment, upgrading of equipments

·  To ensure that all works comply with quality and safety procedures

·  Perform ad hoc assignments such as training support when required

Install, maintain, and repair a variety of products, ranging from cabinets to insulation to tile to drywall
Perform work in accordance with safety best practices
