Job Description:

Join our team in a dynamic outsourced project role. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented finance professional to support financial governance & digitalisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and enhance internal regulations, policies, and the overall financial governance framework
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and the effective utilisation of banking products and services
• Evaluate the financial standing and viability of tenderers
• Analyse financial data to support reporting requirements, leveraging analytics and visualisation tools to generate meaningful insights
• Identify business requirements and drive the automation of finance processes using digital tools to improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Degree qualification – background in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualification with working experience in Finance
• Proficient in the use of open-source analytic tools (e.g. Python), visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
• Positive work attitude
• Good communication skills – written and verbal English

Working Time:

Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Work Location: Jurong East (In person)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
• Manage client relationships, focusing on loans including Commercial Property, Equipment and Machinery, Vehicle, and Land & Construction, as well as Hire Purchase agreements.
• Assess client financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products and solutions.
• Prepare and present loan proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with risk policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as credit analysts, legal advisors, and product specialists to structure complex loan transactions.
• Monitor loan portfolio performance, conduct regular reviews, and manage credit risk effectively.
• Provide timely and accurate financial advice and support to clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting loan products.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Handle any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in relationship management within the financial services industry, with a focus on loans.
• Proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong network in Singapore’s financial market.
• In-depth knowledge of loan products such as Commercial Property, Equipment and Machinery, Vehicle, Land & Construction, and Hire Purchase is an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Duties:

• Provide secretarial executive support to a team of 4-5 pax

• Manage calendars across multiple time zones, including scheduling internal and external meetings, prioritizing commitments, and resolving conflicts.

• Coordinate end‑to‑end global travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, visas, and itineraries.

• Manage invoice and expenses checking and processing, including review, documentation, and securing necessary approvals for payment

• Act as a trusted liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

• Support meetings, and events, including agenda preparation, materials compilation, logistics, and follow‑ups.

Job Requirements:
