About the Role

The Industry Development Division 2 (IDD2) is part of the Training Partners Group in SSG which aims to build a robust and high quality Continuing Education and Training (CET) ecosystem through strategic partnerships and management of CET providers, and engagement of enterprises in skills development. Specifically, IDD2 is responsible for:

Supports account management, administrative, and operational delivery for CET centres, SkillsFuture QueenBee, Programme Partner and provides coordinated backend and selected course processing support to ensure continuity of operations during periods of increased workload and maternity leave coverage.

This job role reports to a Team Lead in the division.

The candidate will perform the following key tasks and any other tasks as assigned by his/her supervisor(s):

Account Management and Partner Engagement

·       Manages assigned partner accounts such as CET Centres, SkillsFuture QueenBee, Programme Partners

·       Coordinates routine liaison and follow‑ups with partners on programme implementation matters.

·       Supports partner engagement activities, including meeting arrangements and documentation.

·       Maintains trackers on partner deliverables, timelines, and follow‑up actions.

Administrative and Operational Support

·       Supports the Account Managers on administrative and operational matters.

·       Coordinates internal and external communications related to programme operations.

·       Maintains administrative records, trackers, and supporting documentation.

·       Provides logistical and scheduling support for meetings and briefings.

Course Processing Support (Selected Components)

·       Supports selected course processing activities through data collation and backend coordination.

·       Coordinates with internal stakeholders and partners to facilitate processing workflows.

·       Provides surge administrative support during peak processing periods

Operational Continuity

·       Supports BAU continuity during extended staff absence arising from maternity leave.

·       Ensures timely and accurate administrative support during periods of heightened workload.

·       Applies process discipline to minimise operational risks and delays

Requirements:

·      Possess the required competencies to execute the jobduties proficiently

·      Demonstrated 1 to 3 years’ experience in adata-centric operating environment and/or programme review

Senior Executive, Finance

• Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm or 8.30am – 5.30pm.

• Salary: $3,200-$4,000
• Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office and 2 days work-from-home) available upon confirmation, subject to performance and management approval.

Responsibilities

• Support the company's accounting and taxation functions and ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
• Assist with financial and management reporting, including variance analysis between actual figures and budgets.
• Assist in budget preparation and periodic forecasting.
• Handle company tax, GST, and withholding tax reporting.
• Manage core accounting functions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Implement and review financial policies and procedures.
• Support ERP system management, digitalization initiatives, and system migration exercises.
• Manage and track grant funding opportunities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, or CPA qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience. Candidates with at least 3 years of relevant experience and a stable employment history (minimum 3 consecutive years with one company) may also be considered.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, and digitalization initiatives.
• Experience with Microsoft NAV and Microsoft Business Central. Prior involvement in Microsoft NAV migration projects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with grant management, corporate secretarial matters, and financial due diligence is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Description

* Support the development and implementation of operational and strategic initiatives for the Care Studio and Rehabilitation Department.

* Assist in the development and enhancement of Care Studio programmes and services.

* Monitor departmental KPIs and manage budget and resource utilization.

* Oversee manpower planning and operations of the Care Studio and Rehabilitation teams.

* Knowledge of the Intermediate and Long-Term Care (ILTC) landscape will be an advantage.

* Experience in quality and risk management.

• Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety requirements is an advantage.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic engineering software such as AutoCAD.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• LTA MRT experience are prefer.
