Main Duties and Responsibilities

a. Building System Maintenance

• Plan, execute, and oversee preventive maintenance of building facilities systems.

b. Predictive Maintenance

d. Vendor Submission and Management

• Lead and manage plant facilities repair and improvement projects.

• Responsible for mandatory checks and approval process for external vendor electrical design submissions
• Manage vendor’s work quality and safety compliances
• Deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

e. Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)

• Develop and implement an Integrated Facility Management model to coordinate M&E maintenance and engineering works.
• Responsible for cost saving and better streamline of repair works through IFM management.
• Enhance collaboration across different discipline for seamless facility maintenance.

4.  Qualification/Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in FM/Engineering or relevant discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance and management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for bidding information collection.
• Prepare all Bill of Quantity for the entire project and vendor reports.
• Prepare monthly progress report and progress claim to Consultants.
• Call for supplier/subcontractor quotation and compare with tender details.
• Verify subcontractor and suppliers' claim and prepare interim payment certificates.
• Responsible for quality/accordance to thespecification of the works.
• Check all new drawings for variation works
• Responsible for collecting, sorting and checking of bidding calculation of quantities.
• Organise subcontractor pricing and negotiations.
• Organise and compile all bidding quotations.
• Perform all other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superiors.
• Any other duties not mentioned above as assigned by the Company.
• Salary will commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in equivalent qualification
• Team Player
• Good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

-Submission of payroll & issuance of payslip to employees

-Assist in HR administrative matters in the department

-Submission yearly employment income

-Support in work pass related matters, eg application, renewal, cancellation, levy waiver and appeal, etc

-Support in recruitment and training of employees

-Assist in staff onboarding and offboarding activities

-Address to employee's queries

-Assist in company certification/licence renewal

-Other admin duties assigned

Requirements

-Diploma in Business Administration/Human Resource or any other related fields

-At least 1-2 years of HR admin and support experience

-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

-Able to work independently with minimal supervision

-Good communication and interpersonal skills
