Job Overview:

As an Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems that are integral to the construction and operation of this large-scale waste management facility. You will work closely with the Project Manager and other engineers to ensure that all electrical work meets regulatory and safety standards while supporting the overall goals of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Design & Planning:

• Develop and review electrical design drawings, schematics, and blueprints for the project.
• Ensure that designs comply with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.

2. Project Coordination:

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in electrical engineering, preferably within the construction industry.
• Knowledge: Familiar with electrical systems, building codes, and safety regulations related to construction projects.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Proficiency with electrical design software.

• Own product performance from factory to post-installation, ensuring quality and consistency

• Develop new OEM products with suppliers, including defining specifications and evaluating samples

• Manage product sampling process and ensure continuous improvements across iterations

• Balance cost and quality to meet target margins

• Act as the main point of contact for suppliers on technical and quality matters

• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective and preventive actions

• Establish QC standards, inspection checklists, and acceptable tolerance levels

• Review and approve pre-shipment QC reports and batch releases

• Investigate product defects and perform root cause analysis

• Implement corrective actions and update specifications and QC processes

• Analyse field issues and feedback from Customer Service and technicians

• Maintain accurate product documentation (specs, drawings, BOM, QC standards)

• Track NPD pipeline, sample progress, and issue resolution

• Drive component standardisation to reduce SKU complexity and improve efficiency

• Support product launches and provide technical support to internal teams
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field

• Alternatively, 1–2 years of experience in QC, factory operations, or technical roles

• Experience in OEM product development, quality, or manufacturing environment preferred

• Familiar with BOM, product specifications, and technical drawings

• Understanding of manufacturing processes and defect analysis

• Knowledge of QC standards and inspection processes

• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills

• Good communication skills to manage suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organisational skills

• Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Your role involves:

• Provide IT support for end-users, managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to system access
• Oversee and optimize the organization's technical infrastructure, including server environments, cloud platforms, and network connectivity.
• Strengthen the firm's security posture by implementing robust cybersecurity policies and maintaining audit readiness.
• Leading IT projects related to Corporate desktop computing such as email, anti-virus software, archiving, backups and etc
• Creating Business continuity and disaster recovery plans policies, and procedures. Oversee testing of these procedures.

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 7 years of IT Support experience. Exposure to  Windows servers, Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud will be highly preferred.

We are looking for someone who enjoys and has experience in Electronic Automation.

Scopes and Responsibilities

• Create the design of analog sensors and energy meters, with a focus in hardware electronics design to ensure meeting design specifications and performance targets.
• Apply proficiency in PCB analog signal processing to develop and implement filtering and amplification techniques for precision data extraction.
• PCB component selection, schematic design and layout concept/guideline with consideration of high performance, low power consumption, and reliability.
• Conduct prototype testing, troubleshooting, and support validation/qualification, including EMC and safety certifications.
• Participate in the complete development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, testing, debugging, and documentation
• Collaboration in international activities relevant for the development of the division.
• Collaborate with external R&D institutes and universities to develop innovative sensor and energy metering solutions.
• Monitor relevant technological developments in the areas of Sensors, Energy Meters and Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC).

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCB based analog design.
• Sound knowledge of analog, digital and power electronics principles.
• Familiar with communication interface such as I2C, SPI, RS485, etc.
• Basic knowledge of MCU firmware and programming language such as C, C++.
• Experience with PCB design CAD software such as Cadence, Altium.
• Innovative spirit and passion for energy-based topics, technologies and trends.
• High problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with general lab testing equipment/tool.
• Self-motivated and proactive working attitude and a good team player.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills at different stakeholder levels.
• High methodical and social competence as well as the ability to moderate dynamic group processes.
• Experienced in working with international companies.
• University degree in the field of electronic engineering, sensor technologies, power electronics or a comparable qualification.
• Fluent in English – German language skills would be an advantage.
• Creating scripts for automated product verification testing is a plus.
