Work Location: Home to Site (Various Location depends on project)
Working Hours: 5.5 days per week (8am - 5pm & 8am - 12pm)
Salary: Up to SGD 5,000(Basic) + Variable Bonus (VB)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor daily site operations, ensuring works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth progress of works
• Prepare and update site progress reports, inspection records, and related documentation
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health standards at all times
• Assist in resolving site challenges, variations, and technical queries

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognized PEB or BCA, Singapore
• Minimum 1 year of relevant industrial or commercial project experience
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full set of accounts and financial reporting
• Oversee project costing, WIP, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis
• Ensure strong control over progress claims, subcontractor payments, and retention sums
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance across projects
• Provide timely and accurate financial reports to support management decisions
• Ensure compliance with GST, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external stakeholders
• Strengthen and maintain internal controls and financial governance
• Lead and mentor the finance team

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, with strong exposure in the construction or engineering sector
• Solid understanding of project accounting, WIP, and contract costing
• Proven experience handling progress billing, project budgets, and financial forecasting
• Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations, GST, and taxation
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under pressure
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
