• Ensure all works complies with the quality, safety and environmental standards set by Authorities or relevant parties
• Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved specifications and ISO standards
• Check safety management system and conduct periodic safety inspection
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• At least Degree in Electrical Engineering or minimum 15 years of electrical or M&E working experience in construction field
• Over 10 years of General Manager experience in construction field
• Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of project
• Proficient in MS Project, MS Office, Auto CAD
• Knowledgeable in building construction safety and ISO standards
• Passion in people and project management
• Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
• Good written, communication skills and interpersonal skills as need to liase with several parties
• Need to work overtime during critical periods as and when required
• Able work well under pressure as need to complete tasks within deadlines
• Required to travel between site and office as well as other location as per client's perusal
