Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable locations for new food court, coffee shop, and F&B concepts.
• Conduct market research and site analysis, including footfall, surrounding competition, rental trends, and business potential.
• Liaise and negotiate with landlords, property agents, and mall management on lease terms, renewals, and tenancy matters.
• Review tenancy agreements and ensure compliance with lease terms and business requirements.
• Monitor lease expiry dates and manage timely renewals, relocations, or exit plans.
• Work closely with Management on leasing strategies, site selection, rental negotiations, and business expansion planning to support the Company’s growth and operational needs.
