Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation works.
• Oversee site activities including LV power distribution, switchboards, MCCs, control panels, cabling and earthing works.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, method statements and project specifications.
• Monitor subcontractors’ performance, workmanship and work progress.
• Conduct site inspections and rectify non-conformance or quality issues.
• Coordinate with Engineers and other disciplines to resolve site technical matters.

Job Requirements

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

Financial Accounting& Reporting

• Maintain full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis for management review.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with SFRS(I)/IFRS and company policies.

Group Consolidation & Corporate Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation schedules, including intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and minority interest adjustments.
• Review subsidiary financial information and ensure accurate consolidation of group results.
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements, group reporting packs, board papers, and management reports.
• Support SGX-listed reporting requirements, including quarterly and annual announcements, disclosures, and XBRL filings.
• Liaise with subsidiaries and business units to ensure timely submission of financial information and reporting schedules.

Project Accounting & Cost Control

• Monitor project costs, accruals, provisions, and cost allocations to projects and cost centres.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications (CA, ACCA, CPA) will be an advantage.
• Minimum 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in construction, project-based, or listed company environments.
• Hands-on experience in Group Consolidation, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting is required.
