We’re looking for a hands-on Café Manager who knows their way around both people and coffee. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering consistently great coffee and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations (opening/closing, staffing, workflow)
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to maintain high service standards
• Prepare and serve quality coffee during peak hours
• Maintain coffee consistency (dial-in, grind adjustment, milk texturing)
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and supplier relationships

Summary of Key Responsibilities
Essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Has overall shift responsibilities and is accountable for the smooth running of the store.
