• Performing backend monitoring of the EV charging stations network using the Charging Station Management System and to carry out basic diagnostic of issues
• Responding to and troubleshooting issues/interruptions related to EV charging station hardware/firmware
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Engineering, Customer Operations) and contractors to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain an inventory of tools, spare parts and maintenance equipment, ensuring availability for site work
• Assist in evaluating contractor performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Perform standby duty during and after office hours for network incidents and special events
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What You’ll Need:

• Diploma in relevant Engineering field from any of the recognized Polytechnic in Singapore
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, able to interpret technical data and logs from charging systems
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with contractors, customers, and internal teams
• Able to work on odd timings upon activation, ad-hoc tasks beyond work scope and public holidays and weekends if necessary
• Possesses a valid Class 3 Driving License; preferably with own transportation for travelling to sites

Job Requirement

➤Bachelors/Master’s degree in IT Computer Science/Chemistry/Biochemistry/Instrumentation or equivalent

➤At least 3~5 years of experience in laboratory informatics products such as CDS, SDMS, LIMS, ELN, etc.

➤Experience with Installation, Configurations, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of CDS/SDMS applications

➤Experience with laboratory software workflows, Regulatory Compliance, FDA Guidelines (USFDA, EU, PIC/S, etc…), Lab Data lifecycle management and data integrity (ALCOA+)

➤Fundamentals on Windows OS (Server, Virtualization, Networking) and Database (Microsoft SQL Server)

➤Experience in service industry with focus on Software, IT and background on Analytical Instruments (HPLC, GC, LCMS, GCMS) is an advantage

Responsibilities

1. Assist Consultants/client/RE in the supervision and quality assurance of construction works on site
2. Ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications
3. Liaise with the contractors/sub-contractorsin the coordination of site works
4. Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants
5. Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site
6. Monitor project progress schedule and quality standards.
7. Maintain and update site records on project progress.
8. Ensure proper maintenance and updating of site documentation for ongoing works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as-built submissions etc.
9. Be familiar with and check all method statement and drawings (including authority submission and shop drawings) and to supervise works carried out on-site are in accordance to them.
10. Carry out regular site checks on contractors & ensure compliance with health and work safety per MOM regulations.
11. Inspect and monitor the requirement and quality of architectural finishing and interfacing, and to ensure all architectural works are executed in full compliance with approved plans.
12. Inspect the quality of workmanship, materials, and samples delivered to site; initiate corrective actions for any non-compliance and report to the Resident Engineer (RE) or Qualified Person (QP) for materials not meeting specifications

Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in design or construction related field from University/Polytechnic

Qualification:

Experience:

Requirements:

• Conversant in contract administration with Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract, conversant with statutory requirements, site management, quality control procedures, systems testing & commissioning and submission of progress reports.
• Conversant in M&E design, specifications, site installation, services coordination, code of practice, Authority inspection and handing over.
• Must be willing to do overtime or shift work.
