Qualifications& Experience

Key Responsibilities 

1. Strategic Management

• Ownership & Accountability: Act as the core decision-maker to resolve operational hurdles and align daily execution with the company’s objectives; supervise all operational teams to ensure every outlet meets its performance and growth targets 

• Strategic Planning: Proactively diagnose areas for improvement and develop long-term operational strategies and frameworks to boost productivity and scalability across all outlets

• Business Development: Work closely with marketing team to drive business growth, profitability, and brand reputation through attractive promotions, customer engagement, and lead the operational setup of new store openings and expansions, ensuring that project timelines, budgets, and staffing requirements are met

2. Financial & Operational Intelligence

• P&L Management: Own the bottom line by analyzing sales and utility reports to identify underperformance or "leaks"; implement cost-saving practices

• Standardization: Design and audit company-wide SOPs to ensure consistent brand excellence and operational safety

• Change Management: Identify and implement new approaches or workflow procedures, including digital solutions, to enhance operational flow and the customer experience

• Compliance: Manage all statutory requirements—including food safety, WSH standards, enforcing company policies, licensing renewals, and industry regulations—to mitigate high-level business risks

3. People & Performance

• Workforce Planning: Lead the company-wide manpower strategy by optimizing cost ratios, managing quota compliance, and overseeing strategic talent placement 

• Talent Development: Provide visionary leadership and coaching through structured training frameworks for Area Managers; spearhead succession planning to ensure a robust internal talent pipeline and a high-performance culture 

• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary link between ground operations and Management Team, providing data-driven insights to support executive decision-making

Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

• Implementing new sales plans

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that material is purchased at right price, right source, accurate lead time to meet client standards and requirements.

• Responsible for enquires about material properties, grades and potential substitution (to reduce cost).

• Lead end-to-end procurement process for all kinds of purchases (high-value, complex, etc.).

• Oversee request for proposal (RFP), request for quotation (RFQ), request for information (RFI) and PO approval.

• Oversee inventory management.

• Oversee supplier relationship management by:

  • building and maintaining strong and long term relationships with key suppliers

  • addressing and resolve any supplier related issues asap (delays, defects, disputes, etc.)

• Conduct department meeting to discuss about issues, improvements, progress.

• Develop and raise improvement plans for the department during department head meeting.

• Oversee and review supplier database (supplier management) by:

  • reviewing and qualifying new suppliers (ensure that they meet company's quality and ethical standards)

  • reviewing regular supplier performance evaluation based on KPIs (quality, timeliness, responsiveness, pricing, etc.)

  • negotiating with current suppliers for most favourable price and terms and ensure they uphold the agreed-upon terms and condition
