• Perform maintenance of marine electrical system/component in workshops and onboard vessels.
• Supervise a team of electricians in planned and corrective maintenance.
• Perform corrective maintenance and planned maintenance.
• Perform electrical wiring, cabling and modification of electrical circuit.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, using testing devices such as multimeter, insulation tester and process calibrator
• Participate in the repair of electrical components in workshop and onboard ships.
• Testing / calibration of high / low voltage equipment or fault analysis.
• Read electrical circuit drawings.
• Handle DC / AC motors, generators, switchboards and circuit breakers.
• Perform troubleshooting and fault rectification during daily operations.
• Perform work in outdoor condition e.g heat, oil and dust.

• Complete daily hands-on maintenance tasks and perform checks to ensure all tasks assigned by Engineers or Supervisors are completed according to the required services and safety standards adhering to procedures and requirements.
• Perform hands-on work in carrying out troubleshooting and rectification of mechanical or marine diesel defects through removal, service, installation and conduct system tightness test.
• Perform joint inspection and acceptance with ship representative and coordinate with ship crews to perform function test of ship systems.
• Carry out replenishment of submarines supplies such as topping up of gases, fuel oil, lubricating oil and hydraulic oil.
• Supervise and guide a team of junior technicians to carry out the planned and corrective maintenance onboard the Submarines.
• Perform logistical support such as lifting of equipment and components and maintenance of workshop tool and equipment.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of oneself and others onboard the submarine.
• Use torque wrench, pressure gauges, internal, external micrometer and vernier caliper.
• Use mechanical tools and equipment such as spanner, ratchet wrench, lever block and chain block (chain hoist).
• Read and depict technical documents such as 2D assembly drawing and schematic diagram.
• Perform hands on work and overtime during weekdays and weekends due to work exigencies.
• Perform demanding tasks in tight and confined spaces, shipyard and outdoor environment.
• Use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Internal and external training will be provided.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plaster Room Operations: Mix, pour, and trim plaster and stone models from dental impressions provided by clinics.

• Digital & Traditional Articulation: Learn to articulate models correctly to simulate the patient's bite.

• Introduction to CAD/CAM: Assist with scanning models and utilizing digital dental software for 3D printing or milling prosthetics (where applicable).

• Finishing and Polishing: Learn the precise techniques for polishing, contouring, and finishing acrylic and metal dental appliances.
