Being part of the small Palomar Singapore Applications team requires that each person where “multiple hats” in our Application lab.

o Lead die attach process development, material selection and programming on Palomar Die Bonders.

Key Job Duties & Skill Requirements:

Responsibilities

• Lead in the identification and consolidation of engineering standards for the respective mechanical/electrical and electronics/hydraulic and structural systems/thermal systems.

Qualifications & Work Experience
