• Preparing micro work schedule according to Master Program and coordinating with various sub-cons and suppliers to achieve it
• Carrying out inspections with RE/RTO according to approved Method of Statements, Materials, drawings, and etc.
• Ensuring quality control and carrying out rectification works if any non-compliance
• Ensuring safety and environment control compliance on site
• Attending relevant meetings and reporting progress/quality/safety daily/weekly
• Ensuring resources to be provided timely and correctively, including material, equipment, and etc.
• Any other works assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Residential Construction Industry
• Preferably with HDB Project Experience

Job Description

• Organize meetings, track deadlines, and update project calendars.

• Prepare visually appealing and data driven presentation slides.

• Attend internal and external project meetings.

• Be attentive and diligently prepare accurate minutes of meeting.

• Coordinate with various stakeholders to obtain approvals and maintain record keeping for all correspondence.

• Maintain project documentation, distribute reports, and manage filing systems.

• Prepare consolidated reports with correct references and chronology.

• Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.

• Prepare issue summaries in simplified manner after gathering information from past communication, minutes of meetings and collecting inputs from various technical and contract departments.

• Ensure materials, equipment, and staff are available when needed.

• Ensure projects meet company standards, safety requirements, and regulatory obligations.

• Direct project correspondence by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.

• Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.

Requirements

• Possess excellent communication skills, good organizational skills, attention to detail, and team collaboration skills.

• Possess technical curiosity and demonstrate problem-solving attitude.

• Minimum 1 -3 years of Experience in project coordination, administration, or support roles.

• Diploma/Degree/Master in Project/Construction Management or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA, Possess quantity surveying skills is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCad.
