Job Purpose

• End-to-End Recruitment: Post jobs, screen resumes, and interview candidates to help expand our sales, tech, and admin teams.

• External Liaison: Coordinate with landlords, suppliers, event organizers, and government bodies when required.

• Issue Resolution: Follow up on general operational issues and ensure matters are properly handled and closed.

• Workflow Optimization: Assist management in reviewing and improving internal company workflows, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Requirements (Who We Are Looking For):

• Qualification: Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Logistics Scheduling, Retail Supervision, Customer Service, or HR/Admin is highly valued. (Fresh graduates with a sharp mind are welcome).

• Core Skills: Exceptional logical thinking, time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Communication: Comfortable talking to customers, retail staff, and external partners.

• Language: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with both English and Mandarin-speaking customers and internal team members).
