• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related services to ensure system integrity.
• Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V, and oversee storage environments for optimal resource utilization.

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in IT infrastructure support at L2/L3 level.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Experience supporting cloud environments including Microsoft Azure, AWS, or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and firewalls.
• Experience with backup solutions, disaster recovery, and system monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes including incident, problem, and change management.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve complex technical issues.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in hybrid cloud environments and participating in cloud migration projects.
