The Senior Programme Executive, with supervisory responsibilities for an Active Ageing Centre (AAC), is accountable for the strategic leadership, operational excellence, and community impact of the AAC. • Responsible for preparing project start-up and execution plan, as well as to define key project targets in terms of time, cost, quality, and resources.

2. Report to Project Manager on site matters and progress of work, including coordination with consultation, architect and authorities for site matters
3. Track deliverables, control subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedule, safety and quality objectives.
4. Liaise with QS to monitor work schedules and claims or VOs
5. Study technical drawings and highlight on-site discrepancies with resolution
6. Coordinate with subcontractors based on drawings and project schedule
7. Providing reports and activity updates to management
8. Identifying and resolving workplace problems with all the subcontractors & vendors
9. Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation & Safety Procedures and maintain good housekeeping by coordinating responsibilities of site engineers / site supervisors and sub-contractors.
10. Monitor, coordinate, and keep track of the site work progress to ensure quality and an efficient manner
11. Attend all meetings including consultant, technical and subcontractor.
12. Responsible for all day-to-day construction, operational and administration activities at sites.

• Minimum 5 years working in Singapore construction industry
• Ability to read and interpret technical architectural drawings is critical

• Able to work night shift and working OT is required.
• Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus as it is required to communicate with Chinese workers
• Able to work on Public Holidays during peak period
