Location: Bedok North
Working Hours/Date: Monday ā Friday | 9am ā 6pm
Salary: $2300 - $2700 [Depends on experience]
Job Responsibilities
⢠Handle daily administrative and accounting functions
⢠Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, receipts, and payment vouchers
⢠Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
⢠Maintain proper filing and documentation of records
⢠Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and office coordination
⢠Liaise with customers, suppliers, and external parties
⢠Perform data entry and prepare simple reports
⢠Assist in HR administrative duties including MOM submissions when required
⢠Support general office operations and ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Job Requirements
⢠Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline
⢠Minimum 2ā3 years of relevant working experience in Admin & Accounts role,
⢠Experience in Construction, Interior Design/Fit-Out, or Trading industry will be an advantage
⢠Familiar with MYOB, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Monday.com, and other computer software
