About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Coordinate and monitor shipment schedules and delivery timelines
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, and reports
• Liaise with internal teams, drivers, and external partners to ensure smooth operations
• Track orders and resolve delivery or service issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records and update systems regularly
• Provide general administrative support to the logistics team

Requirements:

• Minimum N/O Level
• minimium 2 years experience in freight fowarding/logistics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

Job Scope:

• Provide overall support to the school’s Discipline Committee
• Oversee latecomers and manage related processes
• Assist in locating students who are unaccounted for during school hours
• Support the running of detention sessions
• Assist in case management, where necessary
• Handle administrative duties related to discipline matters, where required

Requirements:

• Prior experience in managing discipline of secondary students preferred
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work well with staff and teachers on student matters
• Basic IT skills to do data entry and familiar with Microsoft Office

Mondays to Fridays 8am to 5pm
Contract Period: 1 Year (excluding school holiday)
