• Follow the drawing management system (DMS) for information collection, filing, workflow, and process compliance
• Perform standard BIM deliverables as per the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) derived from Organization Information Requirement (OIR) and Project Information Requirement (PIR)
• Report daily BIM activities and progress to supervisors
• Develop detailed Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) BIM models for coordination and construction use
• Conduct quality checks on MEP models to verify coordination readiness
• Perform clash detection and document discrepancies for discussion in weekly Interdisciplinary Coordination (ICE) meetings
• Coordinate BIM activities between project modellers and the Project Technical Team to resolve issues
• Update BIM models with solutions provided by project technical teams and consultants
• Produce clash-free coordinated BIM models to facilitate construction
• Generate construction drawings including Concrete Services Drawings and MEP Trade Shop Drawings adhering to committed schedules

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Moderate software skills in Revit or ArchiCAD, NavisWorks or BimX, BIM 360, and BIMCloud

Job responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works to ensure seamless project execution
• Supervise and coordinate M&E works at project sites to maintain quality and compliance
• Ensure M&E works are completed on time, within budget, and comply with all relevant standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations

• Assist PM to prepare Earth Control Measure plan
• Prepare and submit a Site Environmental Control Programme to the PM

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· Certificate of Registration with NEA as ECO

· Min 2 year experience in construction industry

* Assist the Design Manager in supervising architectural works to ensure compliance with design standards, safety requirements, and environmental regulations.

* Coordinate and review all design matters with LTA, relevant authorities, consultants, and subcontractors.

Job Description - Quality Assurance

· Review of project quality requirements, project quality plan (PQP), method statements, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and inspection checklists.

· Develop inspection and test plan (ITPs) and inspection checklists based on project works specifications.

· Assists in projects’ internal quality management system audit and quality inspection audit.

· Data collection and documentation for defects monitoring and trend analysis in measuring project quality performance and root cause investigation and analysis to improve project performance.

· Promote the best practices in project quality management to reduce the cost of poor quality and to improve work productivity.

Job Description - Quality Control

· Conduct onsite in-process inspections or periodic site/factory quality surveillance inspections.

· Monitor and verify site execution works whether the established work procedures, inspections and approved submittals are being followed accordingly.

· Identity, record and highlight to Project Manager of any identified non-conformances or potential quality issues or risks.

· Issue and monitor closure of Quality Observation Reports (QARs), Internal Non-conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective/Preventive Action Requests (C/PARs)

· Verify the implementation of solutions and control further works or processes until the non-conformities or deficiencies have been resolved.

· Conduct internal inspection of mock-up unit, CONQUAS/QM pre-assessment and pre-handing over inspection.

· Preparation of periodic QA/QC Reports, maintenance of quality records and any necessary QA/QC documentations at project sites.
