2.Carry out maintenance on all restaurant equipments and records, perform daily operation tasks such as taking orders, cashiering, consolidation of daily sales, attend to reservation phone calls and serving food & beverages

3.Provide excellent customer service at all time and ability to handle feedbacks. Lead and train team members to achieve guest satisfaction, operation efficiency and productivity.

4.Manage and oversee all storage supplies for the restaurant to ensure smooth operation

5.Monitor inventory to ensure that resources are used effectively and minimizing wastage

6.Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance at all time

7.Ensure compliance to Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as well as the cleanliness and sanitation at work areas

8.Make sure that the restaurant attains every form of licensing requirement, like liquor licenses, and quickly attend to repairs that have to be made within the restaurant.

Requirements:

Part-Time Office Cleaner (3 Days/Week)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for VIP guests and ensure that other departments are fully briefed on VIP Guest requirements and movement.
• Deliver the highest quality and brand service standards to consistently meet and exceed Guest and VIP expectations.
• Maintain current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events.
• Manage concierge desk with enquiries and luggage assistance when required.
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering and Culinary on rooms inspection and arrangement of guest amenities.
• Welcome Guests on arrival and assist them during their stay dealing efficiently with enquiries and any complaints.
• Maintain sufficient inventory level of Guest amenities.

Job Functions & Summary:

Oversees all the maintenance and repair works of the equipment and machinery in the golf course maintenance workshop.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

(1) Troubleshoot and maintained any faulty machinery, equipment and golf carts.

(2) Plan and organize all machinery and buggy checking and do the preventive maintenance/servicing as scheduled.

(3) Ensure and key-in, included but not limited to: data, update maintenance repair, inventory, receiving book and bin card.

(4) Monitor the machine operation systems in terms of its usability and the maintenance programs.

(5) Coordinate, assign and review the work of the maintenance staffs.

(6) Assist the Course Superintendent with the yearly budgeting.

(7) Responsible for daily reporting status of equipment downtime

(8) Responsible for part ordering and requesting quotations from vendors.

(9) Plans and arranges all the necessary steps on equipment scrapping.

(10) In-charge of inventory for ad-hoc projects.

(11) Responsible for setting parameters on the use of materials and services within the approved financial budgets of the machine and equipment.

(12) Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of workshop.

(13) Oversee a team of Maintenance Staff

(14) Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• Minimum 3 years of strong technical working knowledge in mechanical operations with hands-on experience.
