Qualifications:

Your role in our team

• As an experienced Process Engineer, you lead cross functional team to drive continuous improvement of the processing capability and availability of PreTreatment (PTU) and Heat Treatment (HTU) units

• Responsible for the Basis of Design (BOD) and Unit Specific Tolerances (UST)  and defining the Operating Limits for PTU and HTU

• Responsible to build up the competency of PTU and HTU processing technologies in the organization

• Conduct test runs, resolve bottlenecks, develop solutions and manage capital investments in the early phases of the project lifecycle.

• Support operations in troubleshooting major process challenges and investigating high risk non-conformances.

• Improve process safety by participating in risk assessments, managing actions development and implementation.

• As Singapore refinery representative in the global technology team. Sharing and execution of best practices and common initiatives from Rotterdam and Porvoo refineries. 

• Technical support for the unit turnarounds including e.g shutdown, new feedstock introduction, and investments and start-up. 

Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role

• B Sc. or higher degree in chemical engineering or relevant field and understanding of Renewable products chemical processing unit operations and engineering.

• At least 10 years of work experience in process engineering and operations in the oil and gas, refining or petrochemical industry from pretreatment processes. 

• Experience on plant operations, test runs, unit startups and shutdowns and operations troubleshooting is considered as an advantage

• Good understanding of end-to-end feedstock value optimization in HVO processes

• Understanding and experience utilizing process models and simulations to support in plant optimization and troubleshooting 

• Strong interpersonal and planning skills

Returns Debug and RMA execution in Quality & Reliability organization, provide supportive functions to the organization to ensure customer quality issue being addressed evoking the required actions via failure analysis to improve product quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform analysis & report writing on customer returns electrical FA, include analysis on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and System Level Test (SLT), duplicate customer reported failure on Platform level and perform board level debug.
• Customer returns debug covering pre & post Mass Production, field return including Excursion/Critical issue, also cover debug for Defect Part Per Million (DPPM) improvement.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration by proactively engaging with Device Analysis and Product Engineering teams to lead fault isolation and root-cause investigations.
• Identify and define test coverage enhancements that strengthen product quality, prevent customer-facing failures, and support long-term reliability improvements.

Job Summary

An MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer designs, plans, and oversees the installation of core utility systems in buildings, ensuring seamless integration, compliance with safety codes, sustainability targets, and budget adherence.
