Role Overview

The Client Director is the senior, accountable leader for one or more strategic clients, acting as the primary trusted advisor and commercial owner of the relationship. This role carries end-to-end responsibility for client partnership, commercial performance, service excellence, and team leadership, with a strong focus on long-term value creation, growth, and retention.

You will operate as a true partner to senior stakeholders (C‑suite, ExCo, Heads of Marketing, Digital, Data, and Product), bringing a deep understanding of the Financial Services landscape, regulatory considerations, customer journeys, and media investment models.

Key Accountabilities

Client Partnership & Leadership

• Overall leadership and ownership of significant Financial Services client(s) or client portfolio, acting as the Client Director and main point of accountability.
• Build, maintain, and deepen trusted, senior-level client partnerships, including C‑suite, regional leadership, and key decision-makers.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on B2B clients, translating business and regulatory challenges into effective media, CX, and growth solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive the review of HR policies and procedures across different HR functions, taking into consideration Public Service directives, applicable legislation and industry best practices, as well as impact to the organisation.

KidSTART exists to change those odds: personal home-based support, delivered by trained practitioners, built on evidence, and scaled nationally.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Manager or Senior Manager in Programme Development, you will be a core contributor to the operational policy work that keeps KidSTART running well. You will research, analyse, write, and implement — working across internal teams and external partners to develop the policies, frameworks, and monitoring systems the programme depends on.

This is a substantive policy and planning role. The work is analytical and detail-oriented, but the purpose is practical: better policies mean better support for practitioners, and better support for practitioners means better outcomes for children and families.

We are looking for someone who is analytical, writes well, and energised by policy and planning work, with a real-world implementation dimension. You do not need to have worked in early childhood before. You do need to care about the mission and be willing to learn the programme deeply.

Preferably, you will have:

–   Experience or a strong interest in policy formulation, data analysis, planning, or programme development.

–   A degree in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with strong writing and analytical skills.

–   The ability to lead projects independently, engage stakeholders at different levels, and manage tight timelines.

• Position: Preschool Principal
• Locations: Anchorvale/ East Coast/ Bedok/ Marine Drive (Islandwide location available too!)
• Salary: $5500-$7000
• Working Day: 5 Days (Mon - Fri)

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership or equivalent certificates recognized by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA)
• At least 1-2 years experience as Preschool Principal

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for setting overall goals for the school as a basis for curriculum objectives

• Lead a team of early childhood teachers in providing quality education, holistic development, and care for the children

• Responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the preschool

• Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents to ensure concerns, issues and feedback are addressed on a timely basis appropriately.

• Responsible for all government related matters such as ECDA including renewing and maintaining of license

• Set educational standards and goals and help establish policies, procedures and programs to carry them out

• Proactively review current policies, procedures and programs and identify ways to improve the overall standards of the preschools and future preschools which will be acquired by the Group

• Ensure daily operations are in order and in compliance with licensing and other regulatory requirements, where applicable

• Mentor teachers in all areas to facilitate collaborative approaches for learning, teaching and evaluation so as to improve the overall performance standards and competencies

• Implementation of specific center programs, initiatives and events

• Handle center administrative matters and enrollment

• Determine licensing, health and safety regulations from the start and local regulatory agencies requirements

• Management and optimization of center resources

• Prepare budget and control budget expenditures
