•   Provide secretariat support for the Competition Sub-Committee.

•   Prepare regular reports and updates for the Executive Director and Board as required.

What We're Looking For

Essential

•   Degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Business Administration or a related discipline.

•   Minimum3–5 years of experience in sports administration, with demonstrable involvement in high performance or national team programes.

•   Strong knowledge of Singapore's sports ecosystem — including familiarity with Sport Singapore, SNOC and national sporting frameworks.

•   Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

•   Strong interpersonal and communication skills — written and spoken — with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders at all levels.

•   Willingness and ability to travel for overseas competitions and training camps.

Advantageous

•   Knowledge of or experience in equestrian sport, FEI regulations, or the broader equine industry.

•   Experience working with National Sports Associations (NSAs) or multi-sport bodies.

•   Familiarity with various Spex Schemes and athlete welfare frameworks.

Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and data modeling best practices.
• Proficiency in Databricks, Azure Data lake, PowerBI, Tableau and related data processing and visualisation software.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, AWS and/or Azure platforms.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and R is a must
• Proficiency in other programming languages such as Java, Scala and C# will be advantages
• Experience in data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Apache Flink)

Preferred Exposure:

• Experience with large-data management system with visualisation tools.
• Experience with Data Integration and ETL Pipelines, Data Warehousing and BI reporting projects.
• Experience with Singapore Government Project will be advantages
