Job Summary

Reporting to the Site Manager, Construction Manager, Coordination Manager, Project Manager, or Project Director, the Site Engineer will lead and supervise semiconductor tool hook-up installation activities. The role is responsible for ensuring project delivery within schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements through effective coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise semiconductor tool hook-up installation works to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in VSMC Semiconductor Hook-Up projects.

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines.

• Familiar with semiconductor construction and hook-up installation works.

• Analyze defect Pareto, defect maps, and characterization data to identify root causes and containment actions.
